Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality types
A very common personality test
conducted by psychologists, psychiatrists and HR professionals in the field of
recruitments is the MBTI personality test. According to this test, people in
general are categorized according to different criteria which are mentioned
below.

Thinking/Feeling(T/F)

Judgmental/Perspective(J/P)
According to this test, people are considered as
extraverted/introverted, intuitive/sensing, thinking/feeling and
judgmental/perspective persons. Every person in the population shall be inclined to any one of
the 8 above mentioned criterions. Based on these factors, they are put in
sixteen(16) different personality groups. The personality types according to

career. It is a widely used tool in career counseling.
